Pre-Wedding Planning & Preparation
Initial consultation to review your wedding plans, vision, and vendor details.
Up to two planning meetings during the final 12 weeks before your wedding.
Creation and finalization of a detailed wedding-day timeline.
Vendor confirmations and coordination two to three weeks before your wedding.
Communication with vendors to ensure everyone understands their responsibilities, schedules, and expectations.
Wedding Week Coordination
Distribution of the final wedding-day timeline to vendors and key participants.
Coordination and direction of your ceremony rehearsal.
Final review of wedding logistics to ensure all arrangements are in place.
Wedding Day Coordination
Up to 10 hours of dedicated, on-site wedding coordination, including scheduled setup and breakdown oversight.
Serve as the primary point of contact for wedding vendors.
Oversee vendor arrivals, setup, and adherence to the wedding-day timeline.
Coordinate the ceremony, including the wedding party lineup, processional, and recessional.
Manage the reception timeline, including grand entrances, speeches, first dances, cake cutting, and other special moments.
Coordinate the placement of decorations, signage, and personal touches according to your instructions, with physical setup responsibilities confirmed in advance.
Oversee vendor breakdown and coordinate the collection and securing of gifts, cards, and personal belongings in a designated location for pickup by your appointed representative.
Address unexpected situations, coordinate necessary adjustments, and help keep your celebration running smoothly.

Our Wedding Coordination Package is a comprehensive coordination experience, from the final weeks of planning through your wedding-day celebration.
Wedding coordination is an optional service offered separately from Cherry Grove on the Creek's venue rental and included venue management. Additional fees apply. Services, setup responsibilities, and the 10-hour coordination schedule will be confirmed in your wedding coordination agreement.
